Responsibilities

• Manage practice operations using built-in EHR features, including scheduling, secure messaging, documentation, and assessments.
• Ensure compliance with ongoing support, audits, and resources.
• Help clients access affordable mental health care via insurance verification and coverage assistance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Fully licensed LMFT at Master's level or above, with valid licensure (LMFT, LMFTS, or LCMFT), NPI number, and malpractice insurance.
• Ready to grow or start a private practice by accepting insurance.
• Proficient in managing practice operations and client communications.
• Commitment to professional development, with access to free CEUs.
