About the role

We are a high-producing real estate team based in Charleston, SC, with a large and consistent flow of buyer clients. We are partnering with our preferred lender, Guild Mortgage, to bring on an additional LICENSED Loan Officer who will work closely with our team and our buyers.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with our real estate team and buyers
• Generate significant buyer demand through marketing, referrals, and agent relationships
• Collaborate with real estate agents to increase production

Requirements

• Already have some experience in the mortgage industry
• Willing to increase production by partnering directly with an active real estate team

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Loan Officer
