Licensed Loan Officer

Responsibilities

• Originate residential mortgage loans in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate professionally with real estate agents and clients
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
• Support clients throughout the financing process

Qualifications

• Applicants must hold an active Michigan NMLS license in good standing
• Must have a minimum of three years of residential mortgage origination experience. This is not an entry-level position
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Ability to work independently

Pay

$300,000 - $300,000/year
