Job Responsibilities

• Aid in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation, including phone and computer work, printing, copying, scanning, emailing, overnighting documents, etc.
• Create and deliver mortgage loan disclosure packages and rate disclosure/re-disclosure packages to borrowers.
• Review documents and loan files, identifying and addressing deficiencies, and communicating with relevant parties.
• Provide general clerical and phone support to loan officers and processors as needed.
• Support various stages and areas of lending and processing under the guidance of management.
• Manage a pipeline of conventional, FHA, VA, USDA loans, and 203K and reverse mortgage products.
• Deliver appraisals and property valuations to borrowers and track outstanding items on loan files.
• Facilitate timely loan closings by coordinating with the Title Company and customers.

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of mortgage-related experience, including customer contact.
• Previous sales support experience preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
