Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape plans from conceptual design to final design, incorporating all components of a full landscape design plan.
• Work with and manage high-end residential clientele.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Act as a strategic leader on the design/build team.
• Mentor and train junior landscape designer professionals.
• Organize and track all town and state permit requirements ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture.
• Current Landscape Architecture license (New Jersey licensure preferred).
• 7-10+ years of experience in landscape architecture.
• Experience using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, etc., with the ability to read and create technical drawings including 3D renderings.
• Understanding of zoning requirements and permit procedures by town/state.
• Knowledge of products and materials, grading, and drainage.

Pay

Annual salary of $95,000 to $115,000, dependent on experience.
