LH Insurance are seeking a motivated, client-focused, already licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will help individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most by offering tailored insurance solutions. What You’ll Do

• Possess experience in insurance, financial services, or consultative sales
• Hold an active insurance license
• Show strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Build trust and explain complex products in simple terms
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in CRM systems
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

What We’re Looking For

• Strong self-motivation and a goal-oriented, competitive mindset
• Ability to build long-term client relationships through follow-ups and policy reviews
• Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills
• Willingness to obtain or currently hold an insurance license (if required)
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)
