Position Overview

As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, you will work directly with individuals and families to provide customized insurance and financial protection solutions tailored to their needs. This is a consultative sales role focused on relationship-building, client education, and helping people protect what matters most.

What You’ll Do

  • Meet with clients virtually and/or in person to assess financial protection needs
  • Present life insurance and related protection solutions
  • Build long-term relationships through trust and education
  • Guide clients through the application and underwriting process
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management
  • Generate referrals and develop long-term client relationships
  • Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development
  • Operate with professionalism, integrity, and a client-first mindset

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Life & Health Insurance License preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
