Position Overview
As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, you will work directly with individuals and families to provide customized insurance and financial protection solutions tailored to their needs. This is a consultative sales role focused on relationship-building, client education, and helping people protect what matters most.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with clients virtually and/or in person to assess financial protection needs
- Present life insurance and related protection solutions
- Build long-term relationships through trust and education
- Guide clients through the application and underwriting process
- Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management
- Generate referrals and develop long-term client relationships
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development
- Operate with professionalism, integrity, and a client-first mindset
What We’re Looking For
- Active Life & Health Insurance License preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
