• Earning Potential: Base salary + uncapped commissions, $75,000 to $150,000+ realistic first-year potential, monthly bonuses and incentives, inbound leads provided daily no lead costs, ever

• Active 220 or 2044 license (Florida preferred, or non-resident license eligible)
• Experience with Allstate, State Farm, Progressive, Farmers, USAA, or AAA is a plus
• Coachable, competitive, and customer-focused
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Available to work 8:30 AM 5:00 PM EST
