Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker/LICSW

About the role

LifeStance Health is a national provider of mental healthcare services focusing on evidence-based, medically driven treatment for children, adolescents, and adults. We are currently hiring therapists who are fully licensed in Minnesota with experience in child, adolescent, or adult populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy sessions to patients in accordance with clinical guidelines and ethical standards.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on patient care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records according to HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work (LICSW).
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Minnesota.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, or adults.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Pass a drug screening.
• Pass a criminal history check.

• Strong clinical skills.
• Effective communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in digital health technologies.

Pay

Compensation range: $73k - $126k, based on productivity.
