About the role

Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSWs) are sought to provide high-quality behavioral healthcare. The role offers a balance between work and personal life, along with professional growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, medically driven treatment services for adults and adolescents.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Conduct intake assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Participate in case conferences and supervision meetings.

Requirements

• Full licensure and credentialing in one or more US states.
• Experience in adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passionate about providing compassionate and effective care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• Master’s degree in Social Work preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Proficiency in digital health technologies.
• Ability to manage caseloads efficiently.

Pay

$95,000 - $130,000, compensation model based on productivity.

Schedule

Hybrid schedule available, combining remote and in-office work.
