Licensed HVAC Service Tech
About the Role
Our team at Homestead Comfort in Ellington, CT is hiring a full-time Licensed HVAC Service Tech to complete excellent repair services throughout Hartford and Tolland Counties.
Pay
$45.00 - $55.00/hour (based on experience), along with a sign-on bonus and spiff pay.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, with some overtime as needed. There is an on-call rotation, after which you'll work half-days.

Requirements
- Current Connecticut HVAC license (B, D, or S)
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Genuine desire to help others

Responsibilities
- Travel throughout your service area in a company-provided vehicle to meet with clients
- Assess heating and air conditioning systems
- Complete top-notch repairs and maintenance services
- Communicate service options to clients with a positive and professional attitude
- Answer client questions and build lasting professional relationships
- Demonstrate exceptional diagnostic skills, problem-solving abilities, and mechanical aptitude
- Ensure systems are restored to peak operating order
