Qualifications

• Active HVAC license required (Heating Group 3 – Class I or equivalent)
• Proven experience in residential and/or light commercial HVAC operations
• Strong understanding of HVAC service, diagnostics, and installations
• Leadership experience managing technicians and field operations
• Ability to coach, train, and hold teams accountable
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with CRM and dispatch software preferred

Skills

• Enforce and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Lead weekly team meetings, ride-alongs, and field check-ins with technicians
• Maintain a strong customer experience and protect the company’s brand reputation
• Support sales efforts by ensuring accurate diagnostics, proper recommendations, and smooth handoffs
• Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring new hires
• Help develop and implement training curricula for technicians at all levels
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and licensing requirements are met
• Work closely with dispatch and office staff to optimize scheduling and workflow
