Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive guidance on Medicare plans, coverage options, and eligibility criteria
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer claims and appeals
• Stay updated on changes in Medicare policies and communicate these updates to customers
• Document interactions and maintain customer records in a secure and organized manner

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of Medicare regulations and healthcare systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public policy, or a related field preferred
• Experience in customer service or healthcare industry
