Licensed Healthcare Agent - FULLY REMOTE, Medicare Only, W-2, Flexible Schedule!

About the role

Unified Health is seeking talented Licensed Health Insurance Agents for a fully remote, long-term career. This role involves building a book of business and providing year-round service to members across multiple Medicare carriers.

Responsibilities

• Primarily outbound calls with occasional inbound calls
• Work with clients to deliver Medicare Health Plan solutions that align with their healthcare providers, hospitals, and medications
• Sell Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and/or Part D Prescription Drug Plans
• Fulfill all policy requirements and stay updated on new products and services
• Attend and participate in team meetings
• Be coachable, open-minded, and receptive to constructive feedback

Requirements

• Active resident Health Insurance License 2027, AHIP
• Minimum 9 non-resident states must be able to be appointed with carriers, with releases on hand
• Ability to work from home and proficient in computers
• Good sales background
• Ability to communicate via virtual platforms
• Comply with State and CMS guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in health insurance sales
• Strong understanding of Medicare plans and benefits
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Ability to manage time effectively

Pay

A base starting hourly wage of $18, with annual increases and uncapped incentives ranging from $40-75 per enrollment.
