Licensed Health Care Insurance Agent - $25/hour + Commission

About the role

MFI Holdings and Auren Health are hiring licensed agents for a full-time remote Home Health Care Sales role. Agents will speak with clients by phone, explain health care insurance options, build value, and guide qualified clients through the application process.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Active Health and/or Life Insurance license with a minimum of 10 active non-resident state licenses
• Resume, NIPR/PDB report, and E&O insurance before contracting
• Full-time 40-hour weekly availability
• Reliable internet, qualifying computer, and remote workspace
• Strong communication and sales performance ability

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience
• Insurance, home health, Medicare, or senior-market sales background
• Experience selling paid monthly products
• Cold calling, inbound sales, or high-volume phone sales
• Ability to build value, handle objections, and close confidently

Technical Requirements

• Reliable high-speed internet; hard-wired connection preferred
• Minimum speed of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
• Personal computer or laptop required; equipment is not provided

Compensation & Benefits

• $25/hour full-time pay
• Paid training
• Weekly payroll
• Overtime at 1.5x over 40 hours
• Commission eligibility once policies become active, subject to chargeback if canceled within 6 months of the effective date

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST
