About the role

Assess, diagnose, and treat behavioral health issues. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Complete documentation (diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, case notes) per company policy. Provide excellent customer service to clients and collaborate with the team to address community gaps in care. Utilize creativity in therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve their goals. Coordinate services with families, case managers, medical personnel, Ellie staff, and school staff as needed. Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings. Additional duties as needed to support our goals of providing quality, accessible therapy that pays therapists well!

• Care for and coordinate services with families, case managers, medical personnel, Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
• Additional duties as needed to support our goals of providing quality, accessible therapy that pays therapists well!

Requirements

• Must be a licensed mental health professional in Tennessee.
• Experience with children, adolescents, teens, and/or adults preferred.
• Experience with couples, families, trauma, substance abuse, and/or schools is a plus.
• Familiarity with therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and mental health documentation is preferred.
