About the role
Ellie Mental Health is seeking a Therapist who integrates clients' interests like contemporary media, video games, literature, and geek culture into the therapeutic process. The ideal candidate should have a license to practice in Tennessee, experience working with various populations, and a sense of humor.
Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat behavioral health issues.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Complete documentation per company policy.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and collaborate with the team to address community gaps in care.
- Utilize creativity in therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
- Cookordination services with families, case managers, medical personnel, Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
- Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
- Additional duties as needed to support our goals of providing quality, accessible therapy that pays therapists well!
