Job Summary

As a sales advisor with SelectQuote, you will receive real-time, pre-screened leads. The role offers high earning potential, with some advisors earning over six figures in their first year. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Delivered real-time, warm inbound pre-screened leads
  • Comparison shopping - Provide unbiased recommendations to ensure customers receive the best products
  • Coachability & Humility - Learn new information and sell styles to improve processes
  • Competitive Self-Motivation - Overcome customer objections and set personal goals
  • Possess an active Life, Accident, & Health resident insurance license
  • Technology Skills - Use a proprietary CRM system to manipulate multiple systems and find critical information
  • Flexibility with Business Needs - Commit to high-volume hours during peak seasons
  • Education and Experience - Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, 1 year of telesales experience preferred; High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred

Requirements

  • Job Stability - Track record in career progression
  • Hardwired High-Speed Internet Connection - Download speed of 20mbps and upload speed of 20mbps required
  • Prolonged Sitting - Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Qualifications

  • Active Life, Accident, & Health resident insurance license
  • Other Relevant Experience - Financial planning, retention, debt collection, debt consolidation, business ownership, manager of financial P&L
  • Education - High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
