Licensed Esthetician Waxing Specialist - Part Time

About the role

Whether you're an experienced wax specialist or a newly licensed esthetician eager to learn, we provide the training, tools, and development opportunities to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional waxing and sugaring services while maintaining Gloloft's service standards
• Deliver a welcoming, personalized experience for every guest
• Educate clients on aftercare, maintenance, and recommended services
• Promote memberships, packages, and retail products when appropriate
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards in accordance with company policies and State Board regulations
• Support studio goals through client retention, rebooking, and guest satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and professional studio environment

Requirements

• Current North Carolina Esthetics or Cosmetology License required
• Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Strong attention to cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene standards
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends
• Previous waxing, sugaring, or body treatment experience preferred
• Airbrush tanning experience is a plus but not required

Pay

Competitive earnings: $35–$50+ per hour (base pay, commission, and tips)
