Our Cerologists® (Wax Specialists) are the heart of what we do, offering expert services with a personal touch that keeps clients coming back. We opened our Shoreline studio a year ago and have been steadily building ever since. We're adding to our team as we grow, which means a real opportunity to build your own clientele with the support of an established brand and an active local marketing presence behind you.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality waxing, brow, and lash services for clients of all genders, including full-body and Brazilian waxing, while ensuring client comfort and satisfaction
- Build lasting client relationships through expert service and friendly communication
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming work environment
- Educate clients on waxing best practices, aftercare, and product recommendations
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines consistently
- Support studio initiatives including social media engagement and local marketing
- Contribute to a positive team culture and uphold our studio values
Requirements
- A current Washington State Esthetician or Cosmetologist license
- Comfortable and confident performing services for clients of all genders, including Brazilian (P) waxing
- Availability to work Saturdays plus potentially some weekday shifts based on coverage needs
- Passion for waxing and the beauty industry
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- A team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
- Self-motivated and committed to delivering outstanding customer service
- Interest in increased hours or full-time as booking volume continues to grow
Pay
Pay Range: $20–$45 per hour (Base Pay + Commissions + Tips)
