Responsibilities

• Deliver expert sugaring services using our Smart Sugaring technique
• Perform (or train into) skincare services and facials as we expand offerings
• Create personalized guest experiences through thoughtful consultation and education
• Build long-term guest relationships that drive retention and membership growth
• Educate guests on pre- and post-care, including our Earthly Care product line
• Maintain a clean, organized treatment room and uphold all sanitation standards
• Support studio growth through referrals, retail, and promotional initiatives

Requirements

• Active Esthetician or Cosmetology License (Indiana required)
• 1+ year of hands-on experience preferred (we will train the right candidate)
• Passion for guest experience and relationship-building
• Confidence in recommending retail and memberships
• Positive, reliable, and team-oriented

Pay

$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule

20+ hours to full-time availability within studio hours:

• Monday-Thursday: 8am-9pm
• Friday-Saturday: 8am-6pm
• Sunday: 10am-6pm
