Licensed Esthetician (Sign-on Bonus Available)

Position Summary

We are growing rapidly and we are seeking Aestheticians for our locations. We offer a great supplemental part-time job with built-in clientele, premium pricing/commission-based pay, a set schedule with no nights/weekends, service gratuities, and a 401k with company match.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to help them achieve the look they want
• Main duties include washing, styling, cutting, perming, and coloring hair
• Stay updated on ongoing hair styling trends
• Provide Hair/Nail services

Requirements

• Active State License (licensed in each field of practice)
• Minimum 3 years of experience required
• Good communication skills
• Careful and compassionate
• Experience working with seniors is a plus

Bonus Information

• A sign-on bonus of $1,000 is available for this role
• The Employee will be eligible to receive a total sign-on bonus of $1,000, to be paid in installments as follows:
• 25% ($250) after successful completion of the 90-day probationary period
• 25% ($250) after completion of 6 months of employment with RSS
• 50% ($500) after completion of 1 year of employment with RSS
