Responsibilities

• Perform advanced esthetic treatments to enhance guest appearance and comfort
• Create personalized treatment plans and skincare regimens
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand guest needs and preferences
• Recommend skincare products and injectable treatments confidently
• Support guest retention and rebooking efforts
• Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and other aesthetic professionals to ensure a cohesive patient experience

Requirements

• Active Esthetics License in good standing
• Minimum two years of esthetics experience preferred
• Strong consultation and sales capabilities
• Experience in a medspa, aesthetics, dermatology, or cosmetic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced clinic environment
• High level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail
• Experience with Zenoti or similar scheduling software preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting injectable treatment plans
• Previous guest experience or front office support experience
• Demonstrated history of achieving revenue and retail sales goals
