Qualifications Active Nebraska Esthetician License required by the start of employment. Candidates pursuing Nebraska licensure through reciprocity may also be considered.Strong understanding of skincare principles, facial treatments, skin analysis, and product recommendations.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Ability to assess client needs and explain treatment options clearly and professionally.Strong attention to detail and commitment to sanitation and client safety.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a busy spa environment.Experience with HydraFacial, microdermabrasion, and dermaplaning preferred.Experience with chemical peels and microneedling is a plus, where permitted by applicable licensing and scope-of-practice requirements.Professional, dependable, and committed to delivering a consistently high standard of care.
