About the role

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise specializing in massage, facials, and hair removal services. With over 500 locations across the US and Canada, we operate a membership-based spa services model. Our Arvada location focuses on delivering high-quality, result-driven facial treatments in a supportive and inclusive environment. We are seeking experienced Licensed Estheticians looking for a long-term role in a stable, positive, and busy spa setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level esthetic services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on clients’ skincare goals
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
• Create excellent experiences for members and guests through a friendly and helpful attitude
• Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas

Requirements

• Strong retail and in-room upgrade record
• Must carry liability insurance
• Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines as they relate to Estheticians

Skills

• Experience with advanced treatments including Dermaplaning, LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE microcurrent, Diamond Glow, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels
• Expertise in skincare and product knowledge
• Ability to build treatment plans incorporating multiple progressive treatment options

Pay

$40.00 – $90.00 per hour
