Day to Day
- Sugaring and Facial Services
- Manage sugaring and facial room
- Educate clients on Earthly Care memberships, pre/post skin care routines utilizing Earthly Care products, and other sugaringLA sugaring services.
- Front Desk & Studio Operations
- Greet and communicate with clients professionally
- Maintain client schedules
- Sell products, memberships, and encourage referrals and reviews
- Manage daily MBO tasks, troubleshoot issues, and escalate to Studio Lead or Studio Owners
- Keep retail shelves clean, stocked, and organized
- Perform general studio upkeep, including daily cleaning (front and back of house), maintaining restrooms, and client room opening and closing duties
Required Skills & Attributes
- Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license
- Customer service focused, cares for clients and team members
- Reliable transportation & strong work ethic
- Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
- Can follow detailed instructions and take feedback to foster growth
Pay
- Hourly pay + commission on services + monthly bonus opportunities!
