Responsibilities

• Provide top‑level esthetic services and design progressive treatment plans based on client skincare goals
• Perform 8 to 12 facials per week, adjusting hours based on booking demand
• Participate in hands‑on training, workshops, and webinars
• Achieve sales goals set by spa management
• Generate new clientele through member referrals and memberships
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
• Deliver an excellent experience for members and guests with a friendly, helpful attitude

Requirements

• Active Esthetics license in the appropriate state
• Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance
• Reliable, experienced, and able to work flexible part‑time hours
• Location near the Lehi Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Pay

Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $40.00 per hour.

• Part‑time position with flexible scheduling
• Few evening shifts each week
