About the role

Hand and Stone features an extensive Esthetics program including various facials, Diamond Glow, micro-dermabrasion, LED therapy, Microcurrent, peels, Cryotherapy, and more. Enjoy complimentary education with two leading product manufacturers, a steady clientele, and flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level facial and skincare services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on client skincare goals.
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars.
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management.
• Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
• Perform consecutive 50-minute facials, microdermabrasion, peels, waxing, and other skincare services.
• Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote the health and wellness benefits of facials, including product recommendations and facial frequency.
• Educate and sell skincare products and programs.
• Adhere to local and state licensing/certification laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Facial Specialist.
• Nights and weekends required (flexible schedule available).
• Retail sales experience.
• Dermalogica experience preferred.
• Must carry liability insurance.
• Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines related to Estheticians.
• Strong retail and in-room upgrade record.
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude and team-player mentality.
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance.

Pay

$40,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year.
