Responsibilities

• Perform customized facial treatments, including Signature Facials, Hydrafacials, Dermaplaning, Chemical Peels, Brow Waxing, and Brow Tinting.
• Build genuine relationships with clients and guide them through their skincare journey.
• Educate clients on home care and recommend professional skincare products that deliver results.
• Help grow our membership community through exceptional service and personalized recommendations.
• Maintain treatment rooms and equipment while following the highest standards of sanitation and safety.
• Collaborate with an incredible team that believes in supporting one another and delivering exceptional client care.
• Meet individual service, retail, and membership goals while creating an outstanding experience for every guest.

Requirements

• Holds a current Esthetician License in the state of Michigan (required).
• Loves connecting with people just as much as performing treatments.
• Is passionate about skincare and committed to continued education.
• Is confident recommending retail products and customized treatment plans.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment while delivering an elevated guest experience.
• Brings a positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-first mindset every day.
• Availability of at least 25–35 hours per week.
• Evening and weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan Esthetician License (required).
• 1-2 years esthetics or salon experience (preferred).
• Experience with dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, brow waxing, and brow tinting (preferred).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Education: High school or equivalent (required).

Schedule

• Part-time, Full-time, 25-35 hours a week.
• Nights and weekends are required.
