Licensed Esthetician and Skincare Specialist

Massage Envy Colorado is hiring Licensed Estheticians at clinics across the Denver Metro area. With new ownership, we’re transforming our clinics into places where you can do your best work, stay consistently booked, and grow your income.

About the role

• Perform customized facials, peels, microderm, LED therapy, and enhancements
• Rebook clients and recommend professional skincare
• Track treatment notes and deliver outstanding client care
• Work as part of a team committed to client results

Compensation

• Base Pay: $23.00–$28.00/hour (depending on experience, skill set, and certifications)
• Tips: $10–$15+/hour in client gratuities
• Bonuses: Monthly incentives for rebooking, client satisfaction, and performance
• Spiffs: Additional pay for retail sales, upgrades, and enhancements
• Average Total Compensation: $40–$45+ per hour all-in

Schedule

• Esthetician License (Required)
