Licensed Escrow Officer

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven, and relationship-focused Escrow Officer to assist and grow title operations in Texas. In this role, you will manage and close a pipeline of residential and commercial title transactions, clear title issues, and coordinate seamless closings. This position blends operations and sales, requiring you to act as a trusted resource for realtors and loan officers, attend industry events, and proactively build a loyal network of real estate professionals.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 5+ years of escrow/title experience with a strong grasp of the full closing process
• A small book of business
• Strong relationship-building and operational skills
• A proactive approach to outreach and client acquisition
• Familiarity with title software systems (Qualia certification is a plus)
• A Notary Public commission (Bilingual in Spanish is also a plus)
