Licensed Electrician

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Sign on Bonus of $3,000
• No travel required, work in a temperature-controlled environment
• First shift works Monday-Thursday, 4 ten-hour days with overtime available
• Full-time Industrial Electrician position with a thorough knowledge of applied trade practices and techniques
• Motivated electrician with diverse skills ready to join the Power Products team
• Install electrical conduit, wiring, and devices for generator enclosures
• Plan, lay out, and install complex wiring circuits and distribution centers in compliance with established codes
• Install switches, controls, central and subsidiary control panels, electronic devices, and other gear incidental to the installation
• Diagnose and remedy electrical troubles
• Assign, instruct, and lay out work for Electricians with less experience
• Comply with prescribed safety regulations
• Assemble functional parts of enclosures and tanks using hand tools, levels, and straight edges
• May be qualified in the use of forklifts, cranes, aerial lifts, and other lifting apparatus to aid in the assembly process
• Install and/or repair wiring, electrical, and electronic components, and pipe systems
• Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices
• Clean and organize work area

Qualifications

• A Journeyman and/or Master’s Electrician license
