The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Electrical Journeyman to lead and train on our solar electrical projects. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of industrial electrical experience and a current Electrical Journeyman License (EE-98J or EL-1J).
Key Responsibilities
- Safely measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit
- Utilize hand and power tools after proper training
- Perform DC and MV wire pulls, terminations, and energizations
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces
- Mentor and train team members
Qualifications
- Electrical Journeyman License (EE-98J or EL-1J)
- 4+ years of electrical experience (industrial preferred)
- Knowledge of HV/MV/LV AC/DC systems
- Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
