The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Electrical Journeyman to lead and train on our solar electrical projects. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of industrial electrical experience and a current Electrical Journeyman License (EE-98J or EL-1J).

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit
  • Utilize hand and power tools after proper training
  • Perform DC and MV wire pulls, terminations, and energizations
  • Maintain clean and organized workspaces
  • Mentor and train team members

Qualifications

  • Electrical Journeyman License (EE-98J or EL-1J)
  • 4+ years of electrical experience (industrial preferred)
  • Knowledge of HV/MV/LV AC/DC systems
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
