Licensed Drone Operator
What's the Job?
Operate drones via remote control for research, development, and testing missions. Support mission planning, pre-launch activities, and perform lightweight drone maintenance. Conduct logistics planning and assist with operational readiness tasks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on pre-launch and site operations. Lead small teams during field assignments, ensuring safety and efficiency.
What's Needed?
- FAA 14 CFR Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate
- 2+ years of remote-control drone pilot experience with strong coordination skills
- Ability to lead small teams in operational environments
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for 8–10 hours, and perform physical activities
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%)
