Requirements

• Current Minnesota Dental Hygiene License (required)
• Someone who is reliable, professional, and makes patients feel at ease
• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Arrive by 7:30 a.m. for set‑up and a quick team huddle at 7:45 a.m.
• Patient care begins at 8:00 a.m. and is finished at 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday. No evenings and no weekends.
• Build trust with patients while providing high‑quality preventive care
• Perform gentle and thorough cleanings and periodontal therapy
• Educate patients on oral health in a way that's clear and encouraging
• Collaborate with doctors and teammates to co‑treatment plan and deliver seamless care

Schedule

Monday – Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; no evenings or weekends.
