Licensed Dental Hygienist

Join a mission-driven nonprofit organization in Mounds View, MN, dedicated to improving access to quality oral healthcare. The full‑time Licensed Dental Hygienist will provide patient‑centered preventive and therapeutic care while promoting oral health education in the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform dental prophylaxis and periodontal therapies, including scaling & root planing.
• Conduct oral cancer screenings and periodontal charting.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Take and develop dental x‑rays.
• Collaborate with dental providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program.
• Active Minnesota dental hygiene license in good standing.
• Current CPR (BLS) certification.

Pay

Competitive pay with loan forgiveness opportunities: up to $55,000 for full‑time and up to $30,000 for part‑time.

Schedule

Flexible schedule with no evenings or weekends. Full‑time preferred 4‑5 days per week; part‑time as needed.
