Competitive Hourly Pay (Non-Exempt Position)Loan Forgiveness Opportunities: Up to $55,000 for full-time and Up to $30,000 for part-time Key Responsibilities: Perform dental prophylaxis and periodontal therapies, including scaling & root planningConduct oral cancer screenings and periodontal chartingEducate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care practicesAdminister local anesthesia and nitrous oxide (N2O) as certifiedTake and develop dental x-raysMaintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with safety protocolsCollaborate with dental providers to ensure comprehensive patient care Requirements: Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene programActive Minnesota dental hygiene license in good standing2-4 years of clinical experience preferredCurrent CPR (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or Red CrossLocal anesthesia/N2O certificationValid state driver’s licenseEffective oral and written communication skills in English (Spanish preferred based on clinic location) If you are passionate about providing exceptional dental care and making a difference in the community, we encourage you to apply!
