About the role
The Dental Specialists Orthodontics is a team-oriented provider of state-of-the-art orthodontic care in the Twin Cities. Our Edina location is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to establish relationships with new patients and guide them through their orthodontic journey.
Responsibilities
- Establish relationships with new patients
- Guide patients from initial consultation to treatment
- Present a professional image
- Provide excellent listening and communication skills
- Confidently present treatment and financial options for patients
Requirements
- Minnesota licensure and current CPR certification
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the Healthcare provider
- Passionate about providing patient-centered care
- Excellent patient service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Orthodontics experience preferred

Monday-Edina/Burnsville e/o 7:30am-5:15pm (40 minute lunch)
Tuesday-Edina 7:30am-5:15pm (40 minute lunch)
Wednesday-Burnsville 7:30am-5:15pm (40 minute lunch)
Thursday-Edina 7:30am-5:15pm (40 minute lunch)
Friday-Off
Option to add a half day on Fridays as needed for patient follow-up tasks
June-August adjusted summer hours 7:00am-4:15pm (30 minute lunch)
Continuing Education
The Dental Specialists offers a wide range of continuing education courses throughout the year for team members, including required courses such as CPR and OSHA Annual Retraining. Dental Assistants who attend all courses offered throughout the year are able to fulfill their biannual requirements for 25 hours of continuing education. From endodontics, orthodontics, and periodontics to prosthodontics, pediatric dentistry, and oral surgery, we provide treatment solutions for all your dental needs.
