About the role

This full-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of dental or orthodontic front office experience. Reliable personal transportation and a strict willingness to travel between all three of our local offices (Reno, Sparks, and Carson City) is required to maintain our daily practice flow.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome new patients, facilitate a stellar first impression, and clearly explain the orthodontist's clinical treatment plans.
  • Review case costs, maximize patient insurance benefits, structure affordable monthly payment plans, and close contracts.
  • Manage the onboarding pipeline, answer patient questions to overcome objections, and schedule start-appointments accurately.
  • Travel locally to support administrative and consultation workflows seamlessly across our high-volume regional offices.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on dental or orthodontic front desk, financial coordination, or treatment coordinator experience is required.
  • Comfortably present large-case treatment fees, navigate dental insurance benefits, and build custom financial arrangements.
  • Masterful communication, sales presentation, and interpersonal skills—know how to build trust quickly and close contracts with confidence.
  • Unrestricted ability to commute smoothly between our Reno, Sparks, and Carson City clinic footprints as scheduled.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, a polished professional demeanor, and a positive, team-first attitude.
  • This is a safety-sensitive position. A pre-employment drug screen is required. We strictly follow all CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines to keep everyone safe.

Qualifications

  • Industry Experience: 2+ years of hands-on dental or orthodontic front desk, financial coordination, or treatment coordinator experience is required.
  • Financial Acumen: Comfortably presenting large-case treatment fees, navigating dental insurance benefits, and building custom financial arrangements.
  • Communication: Masterful communication, sales presentation, and interpersonal skills—you know how to build trust quickly and close contracts with confidence.
  • Safety & Compliance: This is a safety-sensitive position. A pre-employment drug screen is required. We strictly follow all CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines to keep everyone safe.
