About the role
The Dental Specialists is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and professional Licensed Dental Assistant to join our growing specialty practices in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Our dental assistants play a vital role in supporting our specialists and clinical teams while delivering high-quality specialty care.
Responsibilities
- Aid specialists during a variety of specialty dental procedures
- Prepare and organize treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
- Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Support patient comfort before, during, and after treatment
- Provide educational guidance on treatment plans, post-operative care, and oral health
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
- Follow infection prevention and sterilization protocols
- Collaborate with specialists and team members to deliver an exceptional patient experience
- Support efficient clinical workflows and outstanding specialty patient care
Requirements
- Current Minnesota Dental Assistant License
- Certification to apply dental sealants, perform gingival cord displacement, and monitor nitrous oxide in Minnesota
- Current CPR certification through the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or equivalent accredited provider

Pay
Starting Wage Range: $30.50 - $34.65 per hour
Schedule
Monday: 7:00am-3:45pm
Tuesday: 7:00am-3:45pm
Wednesday: 6:30am-12:15pm
