Hiring Bonus

As a part of our commitment to attracting and retaining exceptional talent, Advanced Oral Surgery and Periodontics is offering a sign on bonus.

• $1500 at hire – will be included in the first paycheck following date of hire.
• $1500 after 90 days – will be paid upon successful completion of 3 months of employment.

Schedule & Location

• Hours: Monday – Friday | Flexible Hours | No Nights, Weekends, or Holidays.
• Location: 110 Cheshire Ln #120, Minnetonka, MN 55305. No regular travel is required.

Compensation

Ranges between $30.00–$35.00 per hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

Required Qualifications

• Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• BLS Certification (or completed within 1 month of hire)
• Basic computer proficiency
• Excellent manual dexterity and superior listening skills, especially in emergency scenarios
