Licensed Counselor – LSW/LAC/LCSW/LPC

Join the clinical team at High Focus Centers in Farmington, where you’ll work directly with individuals receiving treatment for mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. We’re seeking a Counselor with a Master’s degree and counseling/social work licensure to provide compassionate, evidence-based care in our Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs. 📍 Farmington, CT 17 Talcott Notch Rd, Farmington, CT 06032

Responsibilities

• Conducting individual, family, and group therapy
• Completing behavioral and psychosocial assessments and Level of Care Assessments
• Developing and monitoring individualized treatment goals in collaboration with the clinical team
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Communicating with referral sources and outside providers as appropriate
• Supporting utilization review and ensuring documentation meets clinical and regulatory requirements
• Participating in treatment planning and aftercare/discharge planning
• Contributing to therapeutic curriculum development and clinical programming
• Participating in an on-call rotation as directed
• Completing required clinical, company, and accreditation training

Requirements

• Required Master’s degree in Human Services or a related field
• LSW, LAC, LCSW, or LPC — or actively working toward obtaining licensure
• Counseling/clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• A genuine commitment to supporting individuals and families navigating mental health and substance use challenges

Pay

$52,000–$60,000/year; Monthly merit & referral bonus opportunities

Schedule

Full-time | Monday–Friday; At least two evenings per week, 12 PM–8 PM
