Responsibilities

• Providing haircutting and styling services for a diverse clientele
• Creating fades, tapers, beard trims, and other grooming services
• Recommending professional products that fit client needs
• Building long-term client relationships that drive repeat visits
• Supporting a team-oriented atmosphere centered on excellent service

Requirements

• Active North Carolina Barber or Cosmetology License
• Experience with cutting, styling, and grooming techniques
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, team-focused attitude
• Availability for weekend and evening scheduling needs

• $1,800 Sign-On Bonus
• Weekly compensation
• Commission earnings from 45% to 60%
