You spend the day delivering precision cuts, skin fades, color transformations, beard work, hot lather neck shaves, and confidence boosts disguised as haircuts. Somewhere between all of that, you build a clientele that follows you because they trust your hands.

Pay

• Uncapped commission starting at 40%, with growth opportunities up to 55% commission
• Guaranteed minimum wage—whichever is higher, you always win
• Typical earnings of $27.75–$55.25/hour
