The Opportunity

We are seeking strong, creative clinical professionals for our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) program. In this role, you will lead person-centered treatment planning within a vibrant, multidisciplinary team supporting adults (ages 18+) in a community-based behavioral health setting. Our integrated teams work collaboratively to provide evidence-based services that help individuals reach their personal recovery goals.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

• Direct Clinical Care: Provide direct clinical Interventions With The Individuals We Serve.
• Assessment & Planning: Facilitate the creation, documentation, and implementation of comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, and clinical services.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Model best practices and provide vital training for the team in recovery principles, administrative requirements, and Clinical Interventions.

What You Bring (Minimum Qualifications)

• Education: Master's Degree in a related field.
• Licensure: Must be a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (or license-eligible), including: LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, Licensed Rehab Counselor, Physician, Registered Nurse, Registered OT, or Psychologist.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a mental health treatment program.
• Prefers: Demonstrated experience working with individuals with psychiatric and/or substance use histories is highly preferred.
