About the role
The role involves providing clinical services to individuals and families impacted by trauma and other mental health issues within a team-based setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Conduct intake assessments and ongoing evaluations
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement treatment plans
- Participate in supervision and consultation meetings
- Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or equivalent license
- Experience working with clients who have experienced trauma
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Passing score on the Praxis exam
- At least 2 years of professional experience

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
