About the role
In this role, you will serve as the primary contact and coordinator of services for youth experiencing mental health or substance use challenges, working across residential, school, and community settings. You will also help guide and support team members to ensure high-quality care. This is a great opportunity for clinicians who want to grow their leadership skills while continuing to provide impactful therapy in community settings.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise an interdisciplinary team serving children and families in the community
- Provide evidence-based individual therapy in home, school, and community settings
- Coordinate care and serve as the primary link between families, treatment teams, and community resources
- Help children and families build coping, communication, and daily living skills
- Support families in addressing behavioral, emotional, and substance use challenges
- Manage a caseload of 8–12 families
- Participate in a rotating on-call response system to support families in crisis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- North Carolina licensure: LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT or associate-level license with ability to obtain full licensure within 30 months
- At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance

Pay
$60,000 – $68,000 (based on licensure and experience)
Schedule
Full-time with flexible scheduling and rotating on-call hours
