About the role
BHNC is seeking a Licensed Clinician to join our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) Program. This position oversees clinical operations and coordinates care for all individuals served in the ACCS program.
Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical operations and coordinate care for all individuals served in the ACCS program.
- Develop treatment plans for each individual served in coordination with the care team.
- Monitor and oversee the interventions of the outreach and direct care staff in accordance with the treatment plan.
- Provide direct interventions with individuals served to complete comprehensive assessments and treatment plans and to develop clinical interventions.
- Model and provide clinical oversight for outreach and GLE direct care staff.
- Conduct and oversee the clinical services set forth by the Integrated Team and perform functions reserved for the Licensed Practitioner of Healing Arts (LPHA) as specified by contract.
- Ensure that the program adheres to clinical and other regulations and requirements of funding sources.
- Produce documentation that is clearly written and legible and meets all DMH and ACCS standards.
- Produce treatment plans that are consistent with evidence-based practices recommended by ACCS and best practices.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in a mental health related field required.
- Clinical licensure (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC) required.
- Commitment to individual empowerment and growth, human rights, and community integration.
- At least 2 years’ experience in the Human Service field.

Pay
$60,000 - $72,000
