About the role
Denova Collaborative Health is seeking a Behavioral Health professional to join our team. This position offers a hybrid remote work option.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical services to clients in a variety of settings including in-person, telehealth, and community-based programs.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs and evidence-based practices.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all clinical interactions and services provided.
- Participate in regular supervision and case conferences with licensed clinicians.
- Engage in ongoing professional development through training and workshops.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or a similar license.
- Experience working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Experience with trauma-informed care and cultural competency.
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
- Proficiency in using telehealth platforms.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
This role is a hybrid remote position with some in-person visits required in Phoenix, Avondale, Tucson, Flagstaff, and Peoria, Arizona.
