Licensed Clinical Therapist

About the role

Denova Collaborative Health is seeking a Behavioral Health professional to join our team. This position offers a hybrid remote work option.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services to clients in a variety of settings including in-person, telehealth, and community-based programs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs and evidence-based practices.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all clinical interactions and services provided.
• Participate in regular supervision and case conferences with licensed clinicians.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and workshops.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or a similar license.
• Experience working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience with trauma-informed care and cultural competency.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms.

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

This role is a hybrid remote position with some in-person visits required in Phoenix, Avondale, Tucson, Flagstaff, and Peoria, Arizona.
